The system has a series of classifiers which order the documents when they are created, as they are shared by all the users of the company. The creation, modification or elimination of classifiers can only be done by the Administrator, once a SuperUser has granted them permission. Before we explain how to create them (see Adding Documents), we will see how to modify and/or eliminate them.
You can change the value of a classifier at any time. This will change the name while keeping the documents assigned to it.

You can delete a value from a classifier only when you do not have associated documents. You must delete the documents before deleting the value.
