The system has a built-in support chat which communicates directly with the help desk. You may also receive important notifications such as the need to update the system to newer versions.
To access the chat system, press the icon with the question sign (?) located in the upper right corner of the extension and write your message.
Our operators will contact you to solve your problems and/or queries.
The icon will change to orange if you have an unread message. By clicking on the icon again we can access the message history.
